My husband and I appointed Mr. Santos to aid in the remodeling of our master bath in July of 2004.  WE had no idea what to expect from John's company.  However, enticed by his 18 years of experience, we decided to give it the green light.

 

Working with John Santos was pleasurable and enlightening.  Not only did he fulfill our needs and respect our home, but inevitably, he shared his thoughts and opinions which really helped to put things into perspective.  I can honestly say that John's professional mannerisms helped the project go very smoothly and even added that little extra.  There was not one time when I was discouraged by John.  Everything was well in order and very organized.  His craftsman's skills more than exceeded our expectations.

 

The bottom line is, Chris and I couldn't be happier with our decision to use Mr. Santos, and we would certainly consider rehiring him for any other projects we embark upon.  I would most definitely recommend him to others.  Keep up the great work!

 

Alma and I want to thank you for the absolutely outstanding job you did installing the new tile in our master bathroom. We are extremely delighted in the quality and professionalism you demonstrated throughout the entire project. I especially appreciated you using of your sense of aesthetics when you decided not to install the tile you first received from the tile distributor. I believe most other contractors would have gone ahead and installed what they picked up from the tile distributor. It would have been a disaster.

 

We also appreciated the care you showed in keeping the dirt and debris from the demolition and installation to an absolute minimum.

 

One of the best ways to say that we are more than satisfied is to ask you to do the other bathroom.
